At Pratimaa – Where Marble Meets Artistry, each sculpture and idol is handcrafted with care and precision. Our products are made from natural marble, and every piece carries unique variations and artistic detailing. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our marble products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered to the customer.

Please ensure you carefully review product details, dimensions, material, and finish before placing your order.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if production or processing has not begun.

Once the carving, finishing, or packing process has started, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Damage During Transit

We take extreme care to pack and ship our products safely. However, in rare cases where an item is damaged during shipping:

To be eligible for support:

  • You must provide the following within 24 hours of delivery:
  • Unboxing Video — showing the package being opened without edits or pauses
  • Pictures of the damaged product
  • Picture of the outer box and packaging

Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot offer assistance or claims.

If the damage claim is accepted:

  • We will repair, replace, or offer a partial store credit, depending on the extent of damage and product availability.
  • Refunds are not provided for shipping damages.

4. Natural Variations

Marble is a natural stone, and variations in:

  • Color tones
  • Veins
  • Texture
  • Grain patterns

are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for these natural differences.

5. Custom Orders

For customized sculptures, idols, or personalized designs:

  • Full or partial advance payment is required.
  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed for custom work, except in cases of confirmed shipping damage with proper proof.
